Ingredients

• Havana Club 3 Year Old rum — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Brut Champagne — 1½ oz (45 ml)

How to make it

1. SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into an ice-filled glass (preferably a column of ice).
3. TOP with champagne.
