• Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 2 dash

How to make it

1. POUR absinthe into ice-filled glass.
2. TOP with chilled water and set to one side.
3. Separately, SHAKE other ingredients with ice.
4. DISCARD contents of glass and strain drink into empty absinthe-coated glass.
