Ingredients

• Havana Club 7yo rum — 2 oz (60 ml)
• Difford's Falernum liqueur — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)
• Old-fashioned / old time bitters — 2 dash
• Pasteurised egg white — ¼ oz (7.5 ml)

How to make it

1. DRY SHAKE all ingredients without ice.
2. Add ice, SHAKE again and strain into ice-filled glass.
3. Strain into a glass with ice.
