• Rosso/rouge (sweet) vermouth — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 2 dash
• Absinthe verte — 1 dash
• Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur — ⅓ oz (10 ml)

How to make it

1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled glass.
3. Garnish with lemon zest twist (discarded) & slice of shortbread.
