Ingredients

Luxardo Bitter Bianco liqueur — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
Archers Peach Schnapps — ½ oz (15 ml)
Chilled water — 1 oz (30 ml)
Qīng Xiāng/fēn Xiāng (light fragrance) baijiu — 1¼ oz (35 ml)

How to make it

Add 50ml purified water to the base of an old fashioned glass & freeze.
Add the ingredients to a bottle with a sealable lid & chill in the refrigerator until cold.
Pour the chilled mix into the glass with the frozen base.

A cocktail with purified water and light fragrance.
