Ingredients
- Havana Club 3 Year Old rum — 1⅔ oz (50 ml)
- Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 1 oz (30 ml)
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
- Sugar syrup — ½ oz (12.5 ml)
- Thomas Henry Soda Water — 1⅔ oz (50 ml)
How to make it
- SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- Strain in ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.
A cocktail with rum and pineapple juice, refreshing and fizzy.
