Ingredients

La Fée Parisienne absinthe — ⅓ oz (10 ml)
Ketel One Vodka — 2 oz (60 ml)
Sake — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)
Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — ¼ oz (5 ml)

How to make it

POUR absinthe into ice-filled glass and top with water.
Leave the mixture to stand in the glass.
Separately, STIR all ingredients with ice.
Finally discard contents of absinthe-coated glass and fine strain contents of shaker into absinthe washed glass.
