• Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
• 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — ⅓ oz (10 ml)
• Egg White — ⅔ oz (20 ml)

How to make it

1. Dry shake egg white with ingredients.
2. Then shake with ice and strain over ice in rocks glass.
3. Serve with a lime wedge.
