Ingredients

Absolut Vanilia vodka — 2 oz (60 ml)
Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 1¾ oz (52.5 ml)
Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ½ oz (15 ml)
Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice) — ¼ oz (7.5 ml)

How to make it

Shake all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into chilled, rimmed glass.
To make the pie rim, wipe outside edge of rim with cream mix and dip into crunched up Graham Cracker.
