Ingredients

Italian red bitter liqueur — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)
Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)
Sugar syrup — ⅓ oz (10 ml)
Cognac — 1½ oz (45 ml)

How to make it

STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.
Strain into chilled glass.
Warm cognac in a metal ladle and ignite before pouring (from a height) as a flaming stream into the glass already containing other ingredients.
