Ingredients

Passion fruit — 1 1⁄2 fresh
Passion fruit liqueur — ½ oz (15 ml)
Vanilla sugar syrup — ½ oz (15 ml)
Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ½ oz (15 ml)
Eager Pineapple juice — 1½ oz (45 ml)
Vanilla vodka — 1½ oz (45 ml)
Brut Champagne — 2 oz (60 ml)

How to make it

Wash and cut 2 fresh passion fruits in half.
SCOOP out the seeds and flesh of 3 halves into your shaker.
Add next five ingredients (all but champagne), SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Optionally, separately, POUR champagne into chilled shot glass to serve on the side.
