How to make it

Fill half a glass with crushed ice and place slice of cucumber in glass.
Fully fill glass with more crushed ice.
SHAKE next 4 ingredients (all but bitter lemon soda) with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
TOP with bitter lemon soda.
