Ingredients

• Rittenhouse bottled-in-bond straight rye whiskey — 1½ oz (45 ml)
• Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 1½ oz (45 ml)
• Campari Bitter liqueur — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ½ oz (15 ml)
• 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — ½ oz (12.5 ml)

How to make it

1. Shake all ingredients and double strain over ice into a chilled rocks glass.
2. Serve with ice.
3. Garnish with orange zest.
