Passion fruit — 3 unit
Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ½ oz (15 ml)
Cava sparkling wine — Top up with
Le Sirop de Monin Ginger Sugar Syrup — ¼ oz (7.5 ml)

How to make it

Cut two fresh passion fruits in half and scoop out the seeds and flesh of 3 halves to a shaker.
Add all the other ingredients (except for the cava).
Shake it with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
Top up with Cava Sparkling Wine and add the remaining passion fruit halve.
