Ingredients

Reposado tequila (100% agave) — 2 oz (60 ml)
Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ¾ oz (25 ml)
Sugar syrup — ¾ oz (25 ml)
Soda from siphon — 1¾ oz (55 ml)

How to make it

SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.
Sprinkle a pinch of fleur de sel flakes mainly on the garnish but also over the glass.

A refreshing cocktail with tequila and soda.
