Ingredients
- Tanqueray No. Ten Gin — 2 oz (60 ml)
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — ¼ oz (7.5 ml)
- Egg White — 1 oz (30 ml)
- Thomas Henry Soda Water — 1½ oz (45 ml)
- Giffard Cherry Brandy Liqueur — ½ oz (12.5 ml)
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients except soda water in a shaker.
- Dry shake first, then add ice and shake again.
- Strain into a chilled fizz glass and top with soda water.
