Ingredients
- Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz gin — 1½ oz (45 ml)
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 1 oz (30 ml)
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — ½ oz (15 ml)
- Pasteurised egg white — ⅓ oz (10 ml)
How to make it
- Add all ingredients in shaker with ice.
- Shake for 30 seconds discard ice from shaker and dry shake for another 20-30 seconds.
- Fine strain into an old fashion glass with ice.
A cocktail with gin and lime juice, shaken to a froth.
