• Cynar or other carciofo amaro — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)
• Sugar syrup — ⅓ oz (10 ml)

How to make it

1. Place 2 thin orange slices in shaker (no need to muddle).
2. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
3. Fine strain into chilled glass.
