• La Fée Parisienne absinthe — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.) — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Coconut water — 3 oz (90 ml)
• Bob's Liquorice bitters — 3 drop

How to make it

1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled glass.
3. Garnish with star anise or piece of coconut.
