St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur — 1 oz (30 ml)
Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 2 oz (60 ml)
Grapefruit juice (pink) — ½ oz (15 ml)
Pimento dram liqueur — 0 oz (1.2 ml)

How to make it

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
Strain into ice-filled glass.
If pimento dram is not available then MUDDLE two cloves in the base of the shaker before adding other ingredients and shaking with ice.
