- Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky — 1⅔ oz (50 ml)
- Ricard Pastis — ⅓ oz (10 ml)
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — ¾ oz (25 ml)
- Sugar syrup — ½ oz (12.5 ml)
- Pasteurised egg white — ½ oz (15 ml)
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 3 dash
How to make it
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
