- Rutte Old Simon Genever — 1¼ oz (35 ml)
- Mandarine Napoleon liqueur — ¾ oz (25 ml)
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — ½ oz (15 ml)
- Sugar syrup — ¼ oz (5 ml)
- Thomas Henry Soda Water — 1⅔ oz (50 ml)
How to make it
- SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass charged with half of the soda water.
- TOP with rest of soda.
