Ingredients

• Basil leaves — 12 fresh
• Gin — 1⅔ oz (50 ml)
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 1 oz (30 ml)
• 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — ⅔ oz (20 ml)

How to make it

1. MUDDLE basil in base of SHAKER.
2. Add other ingredients.
3. SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
