Ingredients
- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — ½ oz (15 ml)
- Rutte Dry Gin — 1½ oz (45 ml)
- Martini Extra Dry vermouth — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)
- St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur — ¼ oz (7.5 ml)
How to make it
- POUR absinthe into ice-filled glass, TOP with water and leave to stand.
- Separately STIR gin, vermouth and elderflower liqueur with ice.
- DISCARD contents of glass and STRAIN contents of mixing glass into absinthe-coated glass.
