Ingredients
- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — ½ oz (15 ml)
- Chilled water — Top up with
- Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur — 1½ oz (45 ml)
- Bourbon whiskey — 1½ oz (45 ml)
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash
- Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 3 dash
How to make it
- POUR absinthe into ice-filled glass and TOP with water.
- Leave the mixture to stand in the glass.
- Separately, SHAKE liqueur, bourbon and bitters with ice.
- Finally discard contents of absinthe-coated glass and fine strain contents of shaker into absinthe washed glass.
