• Jägermeister — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Yellow Chartreuse liqueur — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — ¼ oz (7.5 ml)
• Egg (white & yolk) — 1 whole
• Freshly grated nutmeg — 1 pinch

How to make it

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
2. DRY SHAKE (without ice).
3. Fine strain into chilled glass.
