Ingredients

• Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin — 2 oz (60 ml)
• Grapefruit sugar syrup (2:1) — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Pasteurised egg white — ½ oz (15 ml)

How to make it

1. Add all ingredients into shaker and dry shake.
2. Add ice and mix until chilled.
3. Double strain into chilled glass.
4. Garnish with dehydrated citrus wheel.
