Ingredients

Vodka — 2 oz (60 ml)
Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 1 oz (30 ml)
Sugar syrup — ½ oz (15 ml)
Soda (club soda) water — Top up with
Small ripe strawberries (hulled) — 4 fresh

How to make it

Add all the ingredients except vodka into a mixing glass and muddle the strawberries.
Add vodka and ice.
Shake, and strain into a glass filled with ice.
Top with sparkling water.
