Ingredients
- Basil leaves — 3 fresh
- Novo Fogo Silver cachaça — 1½ oz (45 ml)
- Pallini Limoncello liqueur — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
- Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — ⅓ oz (10 ml)
- Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — ¼ oz (5 ml)
- Pasteurised egg white — ½ oz (15 ml)
How to make it
- MUDDLE basil in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
- Strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
