Ingredients

• Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)
• Antica Formula or other well aged sweet vermouth — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)
• Dewar's 12 Year Old 'The Ancestor' blended Scotch whisky — 1¼ oz (35 ml)
• Giffard Cherry Brandy Liqueur — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)

How to make it

1. Mix all the ingredients in a shaker over ice.
2. Shake.
3. Strain over a Toschi cherry.
4. Garnish with orange zest spritz (discarded).
