• Patrón Silver blanco tequila — 1½ oz (45 ml)
• Coriander / cilantro leaves — 10 sprig
• Mint (fresh) sprigs — 10 sprig
• Red jalapeño/fresno chili (10,000 SHU) deseeded & chopped (chopped) — 1 fresh
• Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 15 oz (450 ml)
• Salt — 2 pinch

How to make it

1. BLEND all 5 ingredients with stalks but without ice.
2. Fine strain into suitable storage container.
3. Refrigerate, SHAKE before use and use within 3 days.

A refreshing shot with pineapple and herbs.
