Ingredients
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — ½ oz (15 ml)
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ½ oz (15 ml)
- Medium dry apple cider — 3 oz (90 ml)
- Mint leaves — 1⁄4 cupful
- Tanqueray No. Ten Gin — 1 oz (30 ml)
How to make it
- Add all ingredients to the shaker (except cider).
- Quick hard shake.
