Ingredients
- Patrón Silver blanco tequila — 1⅓ oz (40 ml)
- Gonzalez Byass Tio Pepe Palomino Fino Sherry — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
- Le Sirop de Monin Ginger Sugar Syrup — ¾ oz (25 ml)
- Fennel seeds — 1 spoon
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — ⅓ oz (10 ml)
- Soda (club soda) water — 1⅔ oz (50 ml)
How to make it
- Add 1 Barspoon of Fennel Seeds to Shaker and muddle to break them apart coarsely.
- Add; 40ml Patrón Silver, 20ml Tio Pepe Fino Sherry, 25ml Ginger Syrup, 10ml Lemon Juice.
- Shake with Ice until chilled.
- Add 50ml of Soda Water to the glass with ice.
- Double strain contents of shaker over the top.
