• Mead — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Licor 43 Original liqueur — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Pine liqueur — 1 spoon

How to make it

1. MUDDLE cloves in base of shaker to crush.
2. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
3. Fine strain into chilled glass.
4. Garnish with clove studded pineapple wedge.
