- Absolut Vanilia vodka — 1⅔ oz (50 ml)
- Dutch Cacao white crème de cacao — 1 oz (30 ml)
- Sugar syrup — ¼ oz (5 ml)
- Pasteurised egg white — ½ oz (15 ml)
How to make it
- MUDDLE cardamom pods in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
- Shake without ice and strain into a chilled glass.
