Ingredients
- Tanqueray No. Ten Gin — 1⅔ oz (50 ml)
- De Kuyper Triple Sec (40%) — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — ½ oz (15 ml)
- Cranberry juice (sweetened) — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
- Honey sugar syrup — ½ oz (15 ml)
- Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 3 dash
- Thomas Henry Tonic Water — ¾ oz (25 ml)
How to make it
- Dry-Shake all the ingredients in the shaker, but the tonic water, for about 3-4 seconds.
- Then add ice and flash-shake.
- Strain in the glass and add fresh ice.
- Top up with the tonic water. Garnish and serve with various fruits.
