Ingredients

• White (charcoal-filtered) 1-3 year old light rum — 1½ oz (45 ml)
• Apricot (brandy) liqueur — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Pasteurised egg white — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Orange Curaçao liqueur — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ½ oz (15 ml)

How to make it

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain back into shaker.
3. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
4. Fine strain into chilled glass.

A delicate cocktail with apricot liqueur and cream.
