- Brandy, whisk(e)y, gin, rum etc — 60 ml
- Freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice — 30 ml

- Pasteurised egg white (optional) — 15 ml

作り方
- SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into chilled glass (no ice in glass).
- TOP with soda (ideally dispensed from a siphon).
A refreshing cocktail with brandy and lemon juice.
