How to make it

Chill a coupe glass.
In a mixing glass, combine O/Purist Tsipouro, Le Sirop de Monin Violette, simple sugar syrup, and citric acid solution.
Add ice to the mixing glass.
Stir all ingredients until well chilled.
Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
