Ingredients

• Melon (Cantaloupe) — 1⁄6 fresh
• Ketel One Vodka — 1½ oz (45 ml)
• Dry white port — 1½ oz (45 ml)
• Tawny port — 1½ oz (45 ml)

How to make it

1. CUT melon into eight segments and de-seed.
2. Cut cubes of flesh from skin of one segment and MUDDLE in base of shaker.
3. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
