• Disaronno amaretto — 1⅔ oz (50 ml)
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
• Egg White — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Syrup from Luxardo Maraschino Cherries — 1 whole

How to make it

1. Share Amaretto with lemon and orange juice, add egg white and shake again.
2. Strain into chilled old fashioned glass with one large ice cube.
3. Garnish with Maraschino cherry.
