Frozen Mint Julep
A cocktail with mint and bourbon.

- small mint leaves — 6
- oz Kentucky bourbon — 3
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice — 1
- 1 oz simple syrup — 1

- Muddle mint leaves with the bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup in the bottom of a small glass.
- Pour mixture into a blender, add 1/2 cup crushed ice, and blend until slushy.
- Pour into a chilled old-fashioned glass.
- Garnish with the mint sprig.
