• Passion fruit puree — 30 ml
• Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 15 ml
• Lime (fresh) — 1 wedge
• Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) — Top up with

Cách làm

1. ADD first six ingredients to a shaker.
2. Shake with ice.
3. Strain into an ice-filled glass.
4. Top up with pineapple juice.
