A cocktail with raspberry syrup and rum.

• ABV: 18%

• Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup — 30 ml
• English Harbour 5 Year Old Rum — 45 ml
• Dark crème de cacao liqueur — 20 ml

วิธีทำ

1. First make a raspberry syrup by mixing raspberries with sugar and water.
2. Warm over low heat until soupy, then strain.
3. Mix cooled raspberry syrup with the other ingredients and shake with ice.
