Old Fashioned
One of the oldest cocktails - bourbon with bitters

- Sugar syrup — 10 ml

- Place a large ice cube in the old fashioned glass
- Add simple syrup and bitters
- Pour in the bourbon
- Gently stir with a bar spoon for 20-30 seconds
- Express the oil from the orange peel over the glass
- Garnish with the peel and a cocktail cherry
