A cocktail with honey and aperitif, topped with aquafaba.

• แก้ว: Martini (large 10oz) glass

• ตกแต่ง: Lemon zest twist
• ABV: 20%

• Vodka — 60 ml
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 15 ml
• Aquafaba (chickpea water) — 15 ml
• Aperol Aperitivo — 60 ml
• Eucalyptus honey — 10 ml

วิธีทำ

1. STIR honey with vodka in base of shaker to dissolve.
2. Add other ingredients and DRY SHAKE (without ice).
3. SHAKE again with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
4. Top with Aquafaba.
