A cocktail with pineapple and banana juice.

- Bacardi 8 year old rum — 45 ml
- *Special ingredient #1 (see above) — 90 ml
- Vanilla sugar syrup — 15 ml
- Espresso coffee (freshly made & hot) — 15 ml
- Freshly grated nutmeg — 5 gram
- Egg yolk — 22.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with nutmeg.
