Tropical rum with pineapple and coconut

- Light rum — 50 ml
- Coconut Cream — 40 ml
- Pineapple juice — 90 ml

- Combine all ingredients in blender with crushed ice
- Blend until smooth and creamy
- Pour into hurricane glass
- Garnish with pineapple wedge and cocktail umbrella
