Absinthe Drip
A classic way to serve absinthe.

- ABV: 10%

- 1/2 oz. Pernod (or other absinthe substitute) — 1
- sugar cube — 1
- oz. cold filtered water — 5
- perforated spoon — 1
วิธีทำ
- Pour Pernod into a pousse-café or sour glass.
- Place the perforated spoon across the top of the glass.
- Position a sugar cube on the spoon and slowly pour water over it.
