Absinthe Frappé
A cocktail with absinthe and mint served over ice.

- ABV: 15%
ส่วนผสม
- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 45 ml
- Anisette liqueur — 15 ml
- Chilled water — 45 ml
- Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) — 7.5 ml
วิธีทำ
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
- CHURN (stir) and serve with straws.
